1. Service Description

OnceOnly (“Service”) provides an API designed to prevent duplicate execution of automation workflows and agent actions (idempotency checks and distributed leases). The Service returns a decision based on idempotency keys and configuration provided by the user.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for selecting appropriate idempotency keys and configuring TTL values. OnceOnly is not responsible for incorrect execution caused by misconfiguration.

3. Accounts & API Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your API keys. You are solely responsible for all activity performed under your account.

4. Billing & Usage

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage is measured in credits and depends on the selected product mode:

• Automation (Make/Zapier): credits are consumed only when duplicates are blocked.
• AI Agents: credits are consumed only when a task lease is acquired. Status polling/reads for an existing lease are free.

We may update plan limits and counting logic from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Payments & Stripe (Payment Processor)

Our payment process is conducted via Stripe, who acts as the primary Payment Processor for all purchases. Stripe handles secure payment processing, encryption of sensitive data, and facilitates recurring billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the user dashboard.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the user dashboard. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnceOnly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
